Family Medicine Physician

Key Responsibilities:- Provide full-scope primary care services to patients, including examining, diagnosing, and treating acute and chronic conditions.
- Counsel and educate patients and families about their health and wellness.
- Complete timely and thorough documentation using our electronic medical record system.
- Formulate diagnostic and treatment plans, and prescribe and administer medications as needed.
- Order lab and imaging tests to determine and manage treatment plans.
- Responsible for the coordination of care with specialists and ancillary services.
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Board Eligibility for Medical Residents.
- Active Colorado medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- Active DEA license or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- A competitive base salary.
- A $50,000 sign-on bonus.
