Fiberglass Laminator

Fiberglass laminators play a crucial role in the production of high-quality composite products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for daily production of fiberglass projects, including mold prep and maintenance, mold release treatment, gel coat applications, and fiberglass lamination of product.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and efficient completion of fiberglass projects
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mold prep, mold release treatment, and gel coat applications
• Load and unload equipment and materials as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in fiberglass lamination or related fields
• Strong understanding of mold development and hand/power tool operation
• Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle physical workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment
