We are seeking a skilled Painter Team Lead to join our team at Highmark Health. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing all aspects of facility/equipment painting, including surface preparation, parking lot line stripping, and spray painting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Painting of interior and exterior facility areas, preparing surfaces as required, and applying the correct finish product
• Maintaining facility wall surfaces and exterior parking lot painting to ensure a neat and orderly appearance
• Integrating performance improvement principles into all aspects of job responsibilities
• Integrating customer service excellence principles into all aspects of job responsibilities

Requirements:

• Four (4) years minimum commercial/industrial painting experience required
• Trade/technical school training is preferred
