About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Survey Project Manager to join our team at Bolton & Menk, Inc. As a Survey Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management, planning, and execution of multiple survey projects and personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and plan survey projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Direct and assist with the preparation of survey documents, including field measurements and data analysis
  • Perform and direct field surveys as required, utilizing state-of-the-art robotic and GPS equipment
  • Collaborate with clients and staff from various agencies to develop and maintain strong relationships
  • Develop and implement effective project schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and personnel
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining high levels of quality and accuracy
Requirements
  • A.S. or B.S. Degree from an accredited college or university
  • High capacity for self-motivation and ability to apply engineering knowledge to various projects
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced math skills and strong attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet the Firm's standard insurance rates
  • Ability to travel as required
