Telecom Construction Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Tower Technician to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing wireless communication infrastructure.

• Site Preparation: Conduct thorough site assessments, including assembly, painting, kitting, labeling, and color coding of equipment.
• Equipment Inspections: Perform regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and document findings.
• Installation and Troubleshooting: Install, replace, and troubleshoot wireless equipment as directed by supervisors.
• Hardware Installation: Install lugs on ground wires, complete exothermic welding, and install other hardware as directed.
• Site Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Communication: Ability to communicate and understand verbal instructions in English.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge and proper use of various hand tools and power tools.
• Travel and Work Schedule: Willingness to travel and work long hours, weekends, and overnights as needed.
• Certifications and Background Check: Must pass a background check, drug test, and motor vehicle check.

• Climbing and Lifting: Regularly climb vertical structures up to 500 feet above ground level and lift over 80 pounds.
• Work Environment: Work in a primarily outdoor environment with varying weather conditions.
