Cafe Associate

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, preparing high-quality food products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Prepare and serve a variety of food products, including hot and cold items, to meet the needs of our members.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in food preparation, customer service, and teamwork.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
