Position Overview
This remote role requires candidates to reside within our operational states. The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) will play a crucial role in enhancing the reliability and scalability of our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and monitoring systems for platforms such as Hybris and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) within Azure cloud environments.
- Lead initiatives focused on SRE practices and automation, utilizing tools like AppInsights, Splunk, and Dynatrace.
- Establish SRE capabilities to fulfill SLI/SLO/SLA requirements.
- Design, code, test, and implement automation solutions using .NET, Java, Python, or other scripting technologies, adhering to GIT processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and scalability during new system developments and enhancements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred certifications: SAFe and ITIL Foundations.
- Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience with a focus on development, testing, and deployment.
- At least 3 years of experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, or AppInsights.
- Experience in automation using C#, Java, Python, or similar scripting languages is essential.
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud and API Management is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
