Neuropsychology Specialist

About the Role:

The Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan (RIM) in the Detroit Medical Center, a partner with Wayne State University's School of Medicine, is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Neuropsychologist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team, you will be responsible for assessing and treating individuals with physical and neurological rehabilitation conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations to diagnose and treat individuals with neurological conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve cognitive and behavioral functioning
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
• Participate in the development and implementation of research studies and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology with specialty training in Neuropsychology, including a two-year postdoctoral residency in Clinical Neuropsychology
• License eligible in Michigan
• Experience working with patients with neurological conditions and performing neuropsychological evaluations
• Board Certified in Clinical Neuropsychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology (preferred)
