- Provide exceptional resident care and support on your unit
- Supervise and mentor nursing assistants and other nurses to ensure high-quality care
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation for residents
- Prepare and administer medications safely and effectively
- Foster a positive and collaborative working relationship with all team members
Nurse Supervisor (RN) Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Illinois
- Current CPR certification
- At least one year of experience in a nurse supervisor role
- At least three years of experience in long-term care
