Behavioral Therapist for Early Intervention

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Soar Autism Center. In this role, you will be working with young children aged 2-6 years old in a center-based setting, providing naturalistic therapy based on the principles of the Early Start Denver Model.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Planning, overseeing, and delivering individualized therapy plans for each child
- Conducting multidisciplinary assessments and creating treatment plans in coordination with other clinical specialties
- Designing and implementing services based on the Early Start Denver Model
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team including speech, occupational therapy, and mental health services
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification
- Experience in ABA early intervention
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with families and other professionals
