Job Opportunity at Circa 1886

We are seeking a skilled baker to join our team at Circa 1886, a fine dining restaurant and hotel property. As a baker, you will be responsible for preparing various breads and tea items for our guests.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods
  • Receive and store food deliveries in a timely and organized manner
  • Produce high-quality breads, pastries, and other baked goods
  • Operate a dough sheeter and other equipment as needed
  • Exercise creativity in developing new bread and pastry items

Requirements:
  • Ability to work a 4am-12pm shift with weekend availability
  • Capacity to stand for 8-10 hours per shift
  • Reliable transportation
  • Basic knowledge of bread production and ingredients
  • Professional, outgoing, and friendly personality
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
