About the Role

TikTok is seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our Antitrust team in New York. As a key member of our legal team, you will provide critical support for our innovative initiatives, state-of-the-art products, and platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on antitrust and competition law, reviewing and analyzing legal information to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage governmental inquiries and investigations, working closely with antitrust authorities and outside counsel to ensure effective resolution.
  • Advise business and legal colleagues on antitrust and competition matters, including potential investments, acquisitions, and product guidance.
  • Lead responses to antitrust third-party subpoenas and CIDs, supporting the wider litigation team.
  • Collaborate with international Global Antitrust colleagues on matters in Europe and elsewhere.
  • Design and implement company-wide competition compliance programs and initiatives, providing internal training and support.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in antitrust and competition law, preferably in private practice or a corporate law department.
  • Hold a J.D. from an accredited US law school and be admitted to the bar of at least one US jurisdiction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a wide range of individuals and convey complex legal issues clearly.
