Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at RWJBarnabas Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for patients and families. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including physical and emotional evaluations.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress, identifying and addressing any changes or concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited ADN or BSN program.
  • NJ RN licensure prior to date of hire.
  • Less than 6 months of RN experience.
  • Commitment to orientation requirements.
  • BLS certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BSN degree.
