As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for driving growth, revenue, and profitability in the multifamily market. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations and team members in the studio.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of financial tools and reports.
  • Ensure all proposals and contracts are in place and up-to-date.
  • Review project budget reports prior to contract executions and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Oversee the group's organizational chart, project budget reports, monthly revenue projections, and financials.
  • Prepare and present monthly business reports to senior management.
  • Actively market and promote Ware Malcomb to secure new work and grow the group.
  • Attend business development and networking functions to establish relationships and identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  • Participate in candidate interviews and team member reviews with senior management.
  • Develop and lead a positive, team-oriented environment that fosters creativity and innovation.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in architecture, with a focus on multifamily projects.
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of driving growth and profitability.
  • Strong understanding of financial tools and reports, with the ability to analyze and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • CAD and Revit knowledge, with the ability to lead and mentor team members.
