Join Our Team as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our team at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest and Schuylkill. As a key member of our Clinical Nutrition team, you will provide exceptional nutritional care to patients across various inpatient units and participate in quality improvement initiatives within the nutrition department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nutritional care for a variety of inpatient units, including Cedar Crest Hospital and Schuylkill Hospital.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the nutrition department to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Educate healthcare team members, including physicians and nurses, on nutrition-related topics.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND).
  • Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.
  • In some states and/or facilities, RD/RDN credentials are required at the time of hire.
What We Offer:
  • Reimbursement for AND dues, state licensure fees, and CDR renewal.
  • Three weeks of vacation, eight holidays, and three personal days paid each year.
  • Reimbursement for continuing education events.
  • Up to $5,000 tuition reimbursement annually.
