Job Title: Database Solutions Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Database Solutions Engineer to join our team at Mindlance. As a Database Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing highly scalable database solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement database solutions using MS SQL Server
  • Develop and optimize stored procedures and functions using T-SQL
  • Review and interpret ongoing business requirements and design solutions
  • Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements
  • Develop procedures and scripts for data migration
  • Proactively monitor errors, locks, deadlocks, and other resource utilization, and resolve issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in development using MS-SQL Server in both on-premise and Azure cloud environments
  • Strong SQL Server development background with a can-do attitude
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with other business and development team members
  • Experience with ETL processes to process large amounts of data using Azure data factory and SSIS
