POSITION OVERVIEW

As a valued member of The Golub Corporation, you will deliver exceptional service to our customers while adhering to our bakery production standards. Your role is crucial in ensuring compliance with all sanitation regulations and maintaining the quality of our bakery offerings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing prompt, friendly, and efficient service to all customers.
- Engaging with customers through eye contact and gratitude upon fulfilling their requests.
- Keeping your work area tidy and organized in accordance with our cleanliness standards.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining product availability, quality, and sanitary conditions.
- Collaborating with the Bakery Manager to manage inventory levels effectively.
- Upholding daily standards for product variety and presentation.
- Operating bakery equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens and mixers.
- Assisting in managing the bakery team in the absence of supervisory staff.
- Fulfilling special customer orders, particularly custom cake requests.
- Adhering to all company policies and sanitation regulations.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum age of 18 years.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • At least 12 months of relevant experience. Proficient literacy and basic computer skills. Positive performance evaluations. Strong communication abilities.
