Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Engage with visitors and utilize software systems to identify and connect with potential leads.
- Clearly articulate the advantages of residing in our community to prospective residents and their families.
- Manage sales processes and contractual agreements to enhance occupancy rates.
- Collaborate with community staff to effectively communicate services, policies, and pricing information necessary for closing sales.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Regularly reviewing databases to follow up on leads from various sources.
- Encouraging prospective residents to make deposits and maintaining ongoing communication to nurture relationships.
- Promoting visits and tours of the community to interested parties.
Foster positive relationships with current residents and their families, encouraging them to share their experiences with others. Identify and connect with community groups to expand our referral network.
Assist in the organization and execution of events aimed at attracting potential residents and referrals.
Stay informed about competitors and market trends to effectively position our community's offerings.
Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- A minimum of five years in sales or promotion, particularly in real estate or healthcare, with a proven track record.
- Extensive knowledge of senior care needs and the ability to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills to persuade potential residents and their families.
- Ability to explain complex contractual arrangements clearly and patiently.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and engage in various physical activities.
- Flexibility to adjust work hours as needed.
This position may require occasional travel and interaction with various stakeholders.
