Job Title: Automotive Customer Service Porter

MEI Group Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Automotive Customer Service Porter. This position is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to customer service and inventory needs of the dealership.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare vehicles for sale by removing customer property and following the property removal process.
  • Protect vehicles from the elements by raising windows or covering them with crash wrap daily.
  • Return vehicle keys to the appropriate service consultant.
  • Transport vehicles to and from various locations as needed for customer service and deliver them to the correct storage area.
  • Perform general mechanical tasks such as jump-starting vehicles and driving them to and from locations.
  • Ensure the interior and exterior of the building facilities are always kept up to company standards.
  • Keep the vehicle lot neat and orderly by moving units as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards.
  • Assist with tagging customer cars and trucks.
  • Transport customers and dealership personnel as needed.
  • Work outdoors in any inclement weather for several hours.
  • Perform other duties as needed when instructed by management.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License.
