**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Building Custodian to join our team at the YMCA of Orange County. The successful candidate will perform various custodial duties, including cleaning and maintaining facilities, equipment, and supplies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain facilities, including floors, walls, windows, and doors.
  • Maintain and clean equipment, including cardio machines, strength equipment, and fans.
  • Restock supplies, including soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash lines, and other essential items.
  • Perform facility and equipment inspections to identify maintenance and housekeeping needs.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to management.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience as a custodian preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
