Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in our plant under management supervision.

Your duties will include assisting in the installation of new equipment, supporting the Maintenance Supervisor on special projects, following a preventative maintenance schedule, training Level 1 Maintenance personnel, and performing machine repairs and installations such as replacing motors, rebuilding gearboxes, and running threaded piping and welds.

Work Environment:

This is a fully on-site position in Kuna, Idaho. Job functions will be carried out in a rendering facility, which requires tolerance for wet or slippery floors and high heat or cold temperatures. This environment involves exposure to dead animals, and candidates must be aware and comfortable with these conditions.

Shift:

  • 6:00am-4:00pm | Monday-Friday
  • Overtime opportunity available

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $21.00-$29.00/hour
