  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Conduct timely and precise monthly closings, preparing reporting packages for headquarters.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable tasks, including invoice adjustments based on client agreements.
  • Prepare various account reconciliations and analyses to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.
  • Assist in revenue forecasting and the management of delivery timelines.
  • Utilize Excel for financial data analysis, employing formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables.
  • Learn and implement SAP for financial process management (training provided).
  • Coordinate and address financial inquiries from international offices.
  • Support tax submissions and audits, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as directed by management.
