RPA Developer

IBM is seeking a skilled RPA Developer to join our team. As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation solutions to improve business efficiency and productivity.

• Design and develop RPA solutions using Blue Prism and other automation tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business process improvements and develop automation solutions
• Develop and maintain RPA bots to automate repetitive and manual tasks
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to RPA solutions
• Provide technical support and training to business users on RPA solutions

• Proven experience with Blue Prism RPA tool and automation tools
• Strong understanding of RPA infrastructure, architecture, and best practices
• Experience in troubleshooting RPA processes, bot scheduling, and system integration issues
• Strong knowledge of related technologies such as SQL,.NET, and basic scripting languages
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to liaise with business users, IT teams, and management
