Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality mental health services to clients, including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
- Develop and maintain a thriving caseload, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and referral sources.
- Collaborate with other clinicians and staff members to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve shared goals.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Must be a fully licensed therapist in Michigan (Licensed Master Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor).
- Must be able to provide a minimum of 15 scheduled visits per week.
- Some evening and Saturday appointments are expected.
- Experience working with children or adolescents.
- Experience in marriage/couples counseling.
