Job Summary:

This role will deliver significant technical and operational support to create an efficient and scalable Global Treasury department. The position will focus on developing best-in-class processes and controls. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, able to collaborate with various internal teams in a dynamic environment, and possess advanced technology skills, particularly in implementing Treasury workstations or alternative automation solutions. Responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operations of the Treasury.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in daily departmental functions, including execution and documentation of all Treasury electronic fund transfers, both domestic and international, ensuring appropriate support for payment approvals.
  • Provide analytical assistance to the Treasurer and Director of Treasury, fulfilling ad hoc requests as needed.
  • Assist in generating reports for executive leadership, showcasing treasury activities, KPIs, and proposing strategic improvements to enhance Treasury operations, including banking structures and financial transactions to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Support risk management efforts by identifying and recommending strategies to mitigate foreign currency and interest rate risks.
  • Facilitate short- and long-term intercompany settlements and transactions.
  • Provide necessary information for external and internal audits.
  • Monitor and analyze bank fees, including credit card and cash management expenses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, offering insights and ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; CTP designation is preferred.
  • Five to eight years of relevant Treasury experience in a multinational setting.
  • Proficient in using online banking systems for information retrieval and transaction processing.
  • Knowledgeable about services and products offered by banks for corporate clients.
  • Able to diagnose and resolve process issues while evaluating their impact on the business, with a strong capability to provide alternative solutions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Experience with JDE3/Oracle is advantageous.
