  • Insurance coverage issues
  • Business torts
  • Board of contract appeals

Provide legal representation for healthcare institutions and physician practice groups, focusing on:

  • Healthcare law compliance and regulations
  • Representation in various licensing and disciplinary board matters
  • Assistance with medical provider credentialing

Support lobbying and regulatory compliance initiatives by conducting thorough research, drafting documents, and responding to discovery requests, while also assisting with legislative matters pertinent to the Maryland General Assembly.
