Salary: $25.00 per hour
Job DescriptionAs an Autism Therapist at AngelCare ABA Therapy, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' goals and objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering instruction, implementing behavior plans, collecting data, and maintaining professional relationships with clients, families, and the community.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing Therapeutic Relationships: Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships by pairing yourself as a reinforcing entity and building the value for the client of social interaction with the therapist.
- Providing Direct Services: Provide direct, one-on-one behavior analytic services to clients, following treatment plan goals and interventions utilizing sound judgment and seeking out appropriate consultation.
- Scheduling and Data Collection: Attend regular supervision sessions with assigned BCBA or BCBA supervisor for each client, report changes in behavior unsuccessful programs directly, strictly adhere to treatment plan written by BCBA/BCBA supervisor for each individual client, accurately collect behavior data, and record and keep track of individual schedule in practice management system.
- Additional Responsibilities: Assist with skills assessments and development, assist with functional behavior assessments, complete continuing education courses and seminars as needed and/or required, attend agency-wide and regional meetings, positively represent our organization at business and professional functions, meetings, and events, travel to client locations, agency meetings, and other business-related events.

Qualifications:
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel between different job sites.
- Effective Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, effective listening and probing skills, strong interpersonal skills and client service orientation, ability to connect quickly with others and establish rapport with clients and team members.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems, and recommend solutions.
- Degree Requirements: Willingness to work well in a remote work environment and dynamic organization.
