About the RoleAs a Front Desk Agent at Golden Entertainment, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our guests. You will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, setting the tone for their stay and ensuring they have everything they need to make their visit enjoyable.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:- Room Assignments and Check-Outs: Responsible for assigning rooms to guests, handling check-out procedures, and ensuring accurate processing of transactions.
- Guest Services: Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to guests, and respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Issue Resolution: Respond to and resolve guest complaints and issues in a courteous and professional manner.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills to process transactions accurately.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred.
$40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.
