Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Operating Room. As a member of our team, you will work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient-specific needs and medical plans.
- Provide direct patient care, coordinate care with other healthcare team members, and delegate tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Arizona.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a perioperative setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
