About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Audiologist to join our team at Staffing Proxy in Los Angeles, CA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostics to identify and address hearing-related issues.
  • Fit, program, and maintain hearing aids for patients, ensuring optimal performance and comfort.
  • Perform a range of auditory tests, including DPOAEs, AEP, OAE, and vestibular testing, to diagnose and treat hearing and balance disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in community outreach and education programs to promote hearing health and raise awareness about the importance of regular hearing evaluations.
Requirements
  • Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D) from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed to practice audiology in the state of California.
  • Experience conducting a wide range of auditory tests and diagnostics, with a strong understanding of hearing and balance disorders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Basic understanding of Spanish to communicate with a diverse patient population.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in audiology.
