Job Description for Clinical Support Specialist

Vision Health & Wellness LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Clinical Support Specialist to join our team.

About the Position:

  • This role is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in a mental health setting while working towards their Master's degree in social work.
  • You will work closely with our experienced clinical team to provide emotional and administrative support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide high-quality care through individual or group therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with clinical supervisors, clients, and their families to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including progress notes and service summaries.
  • Engage in regular team meetings to discuss best practices and case updates.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in social work or related field.
  • An active LSW license in Nevada (or provisionary license).
  • Superior communication and organizational skills.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to establish a link with Nevada State Medicaid (we can assist with linkage).

Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
