ABA Therapist

We are seeking a skilled ABA Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Child Guidance Resource Centers. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays.

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of professionalism, patience, and dedication to helping individuals with autism reach their full potential. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles.

• Data Collection and Documentation

You will be responsible for collecting data daily and documenting progress notes in a prearranged format for each session with the child/adolescent. This information will be used to track progress and make informed decisions about treatment plans.

As an RBT, you will implement individualized behavioral interventions based on treatment plan goals and specific ABA programming developed by licensed professionals. This may involve teaching new skills, reducing problem behaviors, or increasing independence.

You will work closely with caregivers, treatment teams, and outside professionals to ensure that clients receive comprehensive care. Effective communication is crucial in this role, as you will need to convey client needs and progress to others.

You will be responsible for implementing treatment plans designed by licensed professionals. This may involve using various clinical strategies, such as talk therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, or art-based interventions.

In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
