Public Storage Groundskeeper

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Property Care Specialist at Public Storage.

In this role, you will have the chance to make a positive impact on our customers by maintaining cleanliness and safety standards at our properties.

Your primary responsibilities will include performing general maintenance tasks, conducting daily storage unit inspections, and maintaining cleanliness and brand standards of property grounds inside and outside.

• General maintenance tasks such as mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, and minor plumbing repairs
• Daily storage unit inspections and confirming inventory availability
• Maintaining cleanliness and brand standards of property grounds inside and outside

You will also be responsible for cleaning vacated units, disposing of debris, and reporting any maintenance needs or safety concerns to the Property Manager or District Manager.
