Job Opportunity: Early Childhood Soccer Coach

Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Soccer Coach to join our team in Lancaster. As a coach, you will be responsible for leading engaging and interactive soccer sessions for children aged 2-8, focusing on character development and skill building.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement our comprehensive training program to receive certification and learn developmentally appropriate coaching techniques.
  • Manage a class of up to 12 children at a Pre-K school, park, or indoor field, ensuring a safe and positive experience for all.
  • Implement our expert-approved curriculum, which aligns with early childhood education standards, to promote character development and skill building.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication to faculty, families, and partners.
Requirements:
  • Weekend, evening, or morning availability is desired.
  • Passion to positively impact youth players (ages 2-8).
  • Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License or State ID.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S.
