About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live their best lives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist individuals with their personal care and daily living activities
  • Support individuals with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Encourage individuals to participate in community activities and engage in their favorite hobbies
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals

**What We Offer:**

  • Competitive hourly rate of $17.00
  • Full benefits package for employees working 32+ hours/week, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match
