The Role:
You'll be the face of our Exam Practice, responsible for guiding patients through the first steps of their eye exam journey. This includes conducting preliminary testing, maintaining accurate patient records, and introducing patients to our optometrists. Your goal will be to provide a seamless and personalized experience for every patient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preliminary testing and maintain accurate patient records
- Introduce patients to optometrists and provide essential information
- Transition patients from the doctor to the sales floor, educating associates on their eye care needs
- Execute day-to-day operational activities to support exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals

Qualifications:
We're looking for charismatic individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences. Related customer or patient experience is preferred, but not necessary. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent related job experience is required.
