Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (based on experience)

Role Overview

Crossland is seeking college construction graduates for this entry-level salaried position required prior to becoming a Project Manager. This role involves working closely with our project management team to develop and implement projects from concept to completion.

This position is generally held for 1-3 years while being trained. Promotion is determined by commitment, ambition, knowledge, and attitude of the individual.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Safety Policies: You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with our company's safety policies and procedures.
  • Contract Document Organization: You will assist in organizing, distributing, and controlling contract documents using our company standards and software.
  • Planning and Scheduling: You will help plan and schedule projects using our company standards and software.
  • Submittal Coordination: You will assist in coordinating submittals to ensure quality control.
  • Meeting Attendance: You will attend and document meetings on and offsite.
  • Estimating and Contract Management: You will review and understand company estimating standards and software, as well as coordinate with estimators and PMs.
  • Communication: You will coordinate with owners, architects, and engineers as directed by the PM.
  • Change Order Management: You will assist with change order document management.
  • Internal Cost Control: You will understand and assist with internal cost control, cost accounting management, and accounting reports.
