Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Concentra. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and helping them achieve their maximum physical potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform direct patient care, including evaluation of muscle, skeletal, neurological, and other physical problems
  • Develop and implement effective physical therapy treatment programs for patients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive delivery of services and quality patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated efforts and provision of high-quality service
  • Document patient care and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Masters' Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, preferred
  • Customarily a new graduate to at least five years of demonstrated experience in an orthopedic setting with use of modalities, therapeutic exercises, and isokinetic equipment
  • Ortho-outpatient experience, preferred
