Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team at Fitness 19/Vim & Vigor. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for promoting and delivering personalized training programs to our clients, providing customized workout plans, nutritional advice, and motivation to help them achieve their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized training programs for clients.
  • Conduct fitness evaluations, orientations, and training sessions.
  • Promote personal training programs to members and existing clients.
  • Establish and maintain a personal training client base according to company standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and clients.
  • Maintain knowledge and participation in all club services, programs, and products.
  • Update and maintain client records.
  • Instruct and demonstrate proper use of equipment and exercise techniques.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • CPR and AED certification recommended.
  • Certification from a nationally recognized personal training organization.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational and follow-up skills.

Work Environment:

  • Ability to work a varied schedule to support the needs of the club.
