Job Title: Travel Physical Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Travel Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at Infojini Healthcare. As a Travel Physical Therapy Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

The Travel Physical Therapy Assistant will be responsible for assisting physical therapists with patient care, including conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist physical therapists with patient assessments, treatment plans, and interventions
  • Conduct patient education and training on proper body mechanics and exercise techniques
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program
  • Current licensure as a physical therapy assistant in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a physical therapy assistant
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or other long-term care setting
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records and other healthcare software
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
