Job Summary

Covenant Living Communities is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents in assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care settings.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor staff performance, communicate with physicians, and participate in care planning to ensure quality care delivery.
  • Provide direct patient care, including procedures such as catheter placement and care, colostomy care, and other treatments.
  • Assist in the orientation of new staff members and reinforce training standards to maintain a high quality of care.
  • Communicate regularly with the Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing regarding observations, suggestions, and concerns.
  • Observe and evaluate residents' health, mental, and emotional conditions, and communicate significant changes to appropriate staff.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of licensed practical/vocational nursing.
  • Current license, in good standing, as an LPN/LVN in the State.
  • One year of nursing experience.
  • Devotion to standards and principles of professional nursing.
