We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Leader to join our team at Sprinkles Cupcakes. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and taste.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve high-quality results and meet production targets.
• Develop and implement efficient production processes to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Recruit, train, and develop production staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
• Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a production or kitchen leadership role.
• Proven track record of improving productivity and reducing waste.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
