Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Create a quality service experience by ensuring timely resolution to customer needs and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Transaction Processing: Proficiently service customers by accepting and processing transactions with accuracy and efficiency within policy guidelines, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and issuing cashier's checks.
  • Account Management: Open and maintain customer accounts, including checking, savings, and safe deposit boxes, while adhering to all bank compliance, security, and operational policies and procedures.
  • Sales and Cross-Selling: Develop and maintain relationships with business partners and customers, identifying growth opportunities to cross-sell products and services.
  • Branch Operations: Maintain a cash drawer by performing daily balancing procedures and assist with daily operational branch duties.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Experience: 1+ year of customer service and cash handling experience, preferably in a financial institution.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
