Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing the functional levels and capabilities of our residents. This involves conducting ongoing assessments of muscle strength, range of motion, coordination, and balance, making recommendations related to resident therapy treatments, and developing measurable and realistic goals based on the resident's care plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess residents' functional levels and capabilities

  • Participate in discharge planning process for residents
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess a state licensure as a Physical Therapist and have experience working in an outpatient setting. Additionally, you should be able to relocate to Sun City Center, FL 33573 prior to starting work.
