Compensation: Competitive hourly starting rates tailored to each market.
About the Role:
- Prioritize excellent customer service in all interactions.
- Conduct thorough patrols of the premises to identify and address any concerns.
- Prepare reports documenting property damage, theft, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.
- Verify the identification of individuals entering and exiting the facility to prevent unauthorized access.
- Safeguard company assets against theft, vandalism, and unauthorized entry.
- Monitor activities in a large fulfillment center and surrounding areas, including parking lots and trailer yards.
- Perform entry/exit screening in the lobby and conduct roving patrols.
- Manage the Security/Front Desk, providing directions to visitors and utilizing a computer-based visitor management system.
- Issue and manage access badges, ensuring only authorized personnel gain entry.
- Oversee camera and alarm systems, performing regular patrols inside and outside the building.
- Exhibit advanced customer service skills and proficiency with technology.
- Assist Operations Management during emergencies and contact law enforcement when necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to successfully complete a comprehensive screening process.
- Experience in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus.
- Possession of a state security license or the ability to obtain one.
- CPR certification or the ability to acquire one.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older, as required by applicable law or contractual obligations.
