**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales growth.
  • Stock and merchandise products according to planogram, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
  • Operate company vehicle to conduct store business, including deliveries and pickups.
  • Meet expectations of core competencies related to the position, including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
