Position Overview

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of Welding Procedure Specifications.
  • Operate production machinery or support machine operators as needed.
  • Assemble components as directed by the production supervisor.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace and properly care for all tools and equipment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and regulations.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a strong focus on assigned tasks.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare products for distribution.
  • Manually lift raw materials and finished products, weighing up to 70 pounds, or utilize a hoist.
  • Comply with all relevant ISO and OSHA standards in relation to the responsibilities outlined above.

Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in MIG welding is required.
  • Possession of appropriate tools to fulfill assigned responsibilities is essential.
  • Successful completion of an internal welding assessment is necessary.
  • Capability to lift up to 70 lbs. consistently is required.
  • A strong work ethic and keen attention to detail are imperative.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately is essential.
