Fall River Health Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join its Long Term Care team. As a Charge Nurse RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments to identify residents' health needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Supervise and mentor Nursing Assistants to ensure high-quality care and adherence to facility policies.
  • Collaborate with physicians and families to ensure residents' medical needs are met and their rights are respected.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered, while maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
  • Participate in Quality Management programs to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
  • Function as the primary contact person on assigned shifts, effectively supervising and communicating with staff and residents.
Requirements:
  • Active unencumbered RN license in the State of South Dakota or temporary permit allowing practice in the state.
  • Education commensurate with licensure requirements.
