Job OverviewWe are seeking a Full Time, Licensed Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team in Jackson, Ohio. As a Social Worker, you will be part of our interdisciplinary team, providing psychosocial support to patients and their families based on an assessment of their needs and goals.
About You- You must have a Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited school.
- You must be licensed as required by the state in which the hospice is located.
- One year of experience as a Social Worker in a healthcare and/or hospice setting is required; three to five years of experience is preferred.
- You must have knowledge of terminally ill patients and their families, as well as an understanding of hospice and the psychosocial dynamics of illness, loss, and death.
