Job Details

We are seeking a Financial Planning Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a strong financial acumen to be part of a forward-thinking organization. The individual will have a key role in the planning, development, and implementation of financial strategies to ensure the company\u2019s long-term financial health. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of financial trends and the ability to prepare financial projections, analyze variances, create bi-annual business plans, and manage budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities:

\u2022 Develop and implement financial strategies and plans that align with the company\u2019s overall business objectives
\u2022 Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and projections to assist in decision-making
\u2022 Analyze financial data and variances to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
\u2022 Create comprehensive bi-annual business plans, including financial forecasts and budget proposals
\u2022 Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards and financial regulations
\u2022 Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data, and provide financial guidance and recommendations
\u2022 Continually monitor and evaluate the company\u2019s financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial health
\u2022 Develop and maintain financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
\u2022 A minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting, financial planning, analysis, or a related role
\u2022 Strong knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis
\u2022 Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications
\u2022 Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
\u2022 Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
\u2022 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
\u2022 High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
